Construction Performance Manager
Lead the delivery performance of our live project book across South Wales. Own programme, cost and quality across a portfolio of insurance reinstatement and high end residential schemes.
Senior delivery role with end to end ownership of the live project book across South Wales. You will set the operational rhythm that keeps insurer panels, surveyors and trades aligned, and the standard that earns repeat instruction.
What you'll do
- Own delivery performance across a portfolio of live projects (cost, time, quality, client satisfaction).
- Set and report on the operational KPIs that matter to insurer panels and Chartered Building audits.
- Drive root cause analysis on programme slippage or margin erosion, then close the gap.
- Coach Project Managers and Working Supervisors against the published quality standard.
- Chair the weekly operations review with surveying, scheduling and commercial leads.
- Represent Camilleri in client and panel performance reviews.
What we're looking for
- Eight or more years in construction delivery, with at least three leading a multi project portfolio.
- Insurance reinstatement, major loss or domestic claims experience.
- MCIOB or working towards it (or equivalent professional standing).
- SMSTS, CSCS Black or Gold, first aid at work.
- Sharp commercial instincts and a track record of delivering against insurer SLAs.
- UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
