Instructed by insurer, claims handler or policyholder. Initial response within agreed SLA — 24/7 for major loss.

Survey & scope
On-site assessment, structural where required, drying and protection. Scope and schedule of works delivered in the insurer's format.

Authorise & mobilise
Once authorised, the postcode-specific PM takes ownership. Trades booked, materials lead-times confirmed, policyholder briefed.

Reinstate to spec
Like-for-like or to the policyholder's agreed upgrade. Weekly updates to client and policyholder. H&S compliance at every stage.

Handover & sign-off
Snag list closed before invoice. Documentation pack delivered. Aftercare and guarantee on completed works.
