Construction Scheduler and Coordinator
Schedule, sequence and coordinate the live job book so trades, materials and access all land on the right day. The connective tissue between surveying, procurement and site.
The planner who keeps trades, materials and access landing on the right day. You will be the connective tissue between surveying, procurement, supervisors and policyholders.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain the master schedule across the live project book.
- Coordinate trades, materials and access so each job runs to programme.
- Brief Working Supervisors and trades on the weekly look ahead and daily resource plan.
- Track productivity and report blockers to the Performance Manager every day.
- Maintain document control across RAMS, drawings, scopes and sign offs.
- Liaise with insurer claims handlers and policyholders on appointment confirmations.
What we're looking for
- Three or more years scheduling or coordinating construction projects, ideally insurance led.
- Confident with MS Project, Asta Powerproject or similar planning tools.
- Excellent written communication with insurers and policyholders.
- Comfortable working between site, head office and remote stakeholders.
- UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
