A varied, hands on role covering handover repairs, snagging and small claims response. Best for someone who has several trades under their belt and enjoys solving a different problem on a different job each week.
What you'll do
- Carry out a mix of carpentry, plastering patching, tiling and decorating tasks.
- Respond to small claims first response calls (board ups, leak isolation, drying setups).
- Snag and finish projects ahead of handover.
- Keep accurate job cards and photographs of work completed.
- Help maintain the firm's stock van and tool inventory.
What we're looking for
- Proven competence in at least two of: carpentry, plastering, tiling, basic plumbing, painting.
- Current CSCS card.
- Practical, courteous manner with policyholders in their homes.
- UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
