Working Site Supervisor
Lead a small site team across a mix of domestic and commercial reinstatement work. Working role with full project oversight from mobilisation to handover.
A working supervisor role for someone who is happy on the tools and equally at home running the day. You will own the site from mobilisation to handover, with full backing from the office.
What you'll do
- Day to day supervision of the works, working alongside the team on the tools.
- Programme adherence, materials calls, snag close out and handover.
- Health and safety leadership including toolbox talks, RAMS and daily checks.
- First point of contact for the policyholder or end client on site.
- Escalate scope changes, delays or quality issues to the Project Manager.
- Mentor apprentices and junior tradespeople on the published quality standard.
What we're looking for
- Five or more years on the tools in a relevant trade (carpentry, multi trade or bricklaying).
- SSSTS or SMSTS, current CSCS, first aid at work.
- Confident reading drawings and specifications.
- UK driving licence; van and fuel card provided.
- Right to work in the UK.
