Our approach

Initial assessment, structural where needed, drying and protection. Scope and schedule of works delivered to insurer-standard format. Directly employed labour led the bulk of the works, with approved specialist subcontractors picking up the FENSA, NICEIC and Gas Safe disciplines.

Handover delivered on programme in Roath, Cardiff, snag list closed prior to invoice, full documentation pack with the client.
